You can delete any of these yourself, at any time, without closing your account. A deletion can't be undone.

## A contact or lead

Open them, click the more button (three dots) next to **Log interaction**, and choose **Delete contact**. To delete several at once, select them on **Contacts** or **Leads** and click **Delete**.

This also deletes their emails, notes and timeline, their deals and showings, and their photo. Their tasks stay on your task list, so you can delete those on their own.

## A note or task

On the contact's page, find the note or task and click its trash icon, then confirm with **Delete**.

## A deal

Open the deal, click the more button (three dots), and choose **Delete deal**. The contact and their timeline stay.

## A listing

Open the listing, click the more button (three dots), and choose **Delete listing**. Its showings are deleted too. Deals and its property microsite stay, no longer linked to it.

## A property microsite

In **Capture** > **Property microsites**, open the menu on the microsite's row, choose **Delete**, then **Delete microsite**. Its link stops working. The listing and the contacts it brought in stay.

## A photo

- A contact's photo: on their page, click the camera button on the photo and choose **Remove photo**.
- A listing photo: open the photo full screen on the listing, click **Remove photo**, then **Remove**. It's also taken off the listing's property microsites.

Removed photos are deleted from storage within a day.

## A connected mailbox

Open **Settings** > **Email** and click **Disconnect**. Relivo's access to the mailbox and its stored keys are removed. Emails already in your contacts' timelines stay until you delete those contacts.

## Anything else

Email support@relivoapp.com from the address on your account and tell us what to delete.

:::tip
When one of your clients asks you to delete what you hold about them, delete their contact. You hold their data in Relivo, so the request is yours to carry out. See [Where your data is stored](/account-privacy-and-data/where-your-data-is-stored).
