You can undo an account deletion at any time during the 30-day hold, and everything comes back as it was.

1. **Sign in**

    Sign in to Relivo on the web at my.relivoapp.com. You see **Your account is scheduled for deletion**, with the date your data would be deleted.

2. **Keep it**

    Click **Keep my account**. Relivo opens on **Today**.

## What comes back

- All your data. Nothing was deleted during the hold.
- Your subscription. If you had a plan, it is set to renew again as before. If the period you'd paid for ended during the hold, choose a plan to carry on. See [When your trial or plan ends](/plans-billing-and-trial/when-your-trial-or-plan-ends).
- Your connected mailbox, which stays connected through the hold.

Once the hold is over, the account and its data are gone and can't be restored.
