When a past client or someone in your sphere starts looking again, make them an active lead so Relivo follows up with them on **Today**.

1. **Open the contact**

    Open their full record from **Contacts**.

2. **Convert them**

    Click the more button (the three dots) beside **Log interaction**, then **Convert to active lead**.

They move to the first lead stage, **New Lead**, whatever stage they were at before, and the timeline records the change. They now show on **Leads**, unless they already have a deal, and on **Today** when they need you.

**Convert to active lead** only shows for someone who isn't a lead yet. Adding a deal for someone also makes them an active lead.
