Your signature is added to the end of every email you send from Relivo, whichever way it's sent. You set it once in **Settings** > **Email**, under **Signature**.

1. **Copy your signature as HTML**

    Copy the HTML of your signature from HubSpot, WiseStamp or your email app's signature settings.

2. **Open the Signature card**

    Go to **Settings** > **Email**, and under **Signature** click **Add signature** (or **Edit signature** if you already have one).

3. **Paste it**

    Paste the HTML into the box. Click **Show preview** to see how it looks.

4. **Save**

    Click **Save changes** in the bar at the bottom of the page. **Discard** puts back what you had.

## Turn it off or on

The switch beside **Signature** controls whether it's added. Turn it off to send without a signature while keeping it saved, then click **Save changes**.
