Everything in Relivo is reached from the sidebar on the left. Two tools work from every screen: **Quick add** and **Search**.

## The sidebar

From top to bottom:

- The plus button (**Quick add**) and the **Search** box.
- Your daily screens: **Today**, **Pipeline**, **Leads**, **Contacts** and **Inbox**. **Inbox** shows a count of unread conversations.
- **Tools**: **Properties**, **Capture** and **Analytics**.
- At the bottom: **Help**, **Settings**, and your name, email and photo, with the **Log out** button beside them.

**Settings** replaces the sidebar with its own list of tabs. Click **Back to Relivo** to return.

## Quick add

Click the plus button at the top of the sidebar to open **Quick add**, then pick a tab: **Contact**, **Lead**, **Task** or **Listing**. It works from any screen, so you can add someone without leaving what you are doing.

## Search

Click **Search** in the sidebar, or press <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> on a Mac or <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> <kbd>K</kbd> on Windows. Type to find:

- **Contacts**, by name, email or phone number
- **Deals**, by title
- **Listings**, by address or city

Results come in those three groups, a few of each. Use the arrow keys to move through them and <kbd>Enter</kbd> to open one. Press the shortcut again to close search.

## Keyboard shortcuts

| <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>Enter</kbd> or <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> <kbd>Enter</kbd> | Send or save what you are writing, such as an email in **Inbox**, a note, or a reply to a support ticket |

## In a phone's browser

On a small screen the sidebar folds away:

- A bar along the top holds the Relivo logo, the plus button for **Quick add**, and a menu button that opens the full sidebar.
- A bar along the bottom holds **Today**, **Pipeline**, **Contacts**, **Inbox** and **Leads**.
- In **Settings**, the tabs run in one row across the top of the page. Swipe it sideways to see them all.
