Remove the demo data from **Settings** > **Profile**, or from the banner on **Today**. Only the sample records go: your account, billing, settings and anything you added yourself stay as they are.

## From Settings

1. **Open your profile**

    Click **Settings** in the sidebar, then **Profile**.

2. **Find Demo data**

    Scroll to the **Demo data** card and click **Remove demo data**.

3. **Confirm**

    Click **Yes, remove it**. Click **Keep for now** if you changed your mind. The page reloads without the sample records.

## From Today

While the sample data is in your workspace, **Today** shows a banner about it.

- Click **Remove demo data**, then **Confirm remove sample data**. Only the sample records are deleted.
- If you have already added or imported your own contacts, the banner also offers **Start fresh**. Click it, then **Confirm - clear everything**, to delete *all* contacts, deals, tasks, listings and messages, yours included. Your account, billing and settings stay.

Click **Cancel** at the confirm step to back out.

Removing demo data, and **Start fresh** in particular, can't be undone. Before you use **Start fresh**, export anything you want to keep with **Export contacts as CSV** in **Settings** > **Security**.

If removal fails, Relivo shows a message. Try again in a moment: a second try picks up what the first one missed.
