Sign in on the **Welcome back** screen with the email and password you signed up with, or with **Continue with Google** if you created your account with Google.

## Sign in

1. **Enter your details**

    Type your **Email** and **Password**. The eye button in the password field shows or hides what you typed.

2. **Sign in**

    Click **Sign in**. You land on **Today**, or on the page you were trying to open.

Signed up with Google? Click **Continue with Google** instead and pick your account from Google's list.

## Sign out

Click the **Log out** button next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar. In a phone's browser, open the menu first.

## If you can't sign in

- **Incorrect email or password.**: check the address for typos, or click **Forgot password?** to set a new password. See [Change or reset your password](/profile-and-settings/change-or-reset-your-password).
- **Sign-in didn't complete. Try again.**: the Google sign-in was interrupted. Click **Continue with Google** again.
- **Security check failed. Please refresh and try again.**: refresh the page and sign in again.
- **This account is suspended. Write to support@relivoapp.com for help.**: Relivo has suspended the account, and it can't sign in until it is reinstated. Email support, or see [Contact support](/contact).
