Your contacts are yours, and you can download them as a CSV file at any time. There are two exports.

## Export a list

Click **Export** at the top of **Contacts** or **Leads**. You get the list exactly as filtered, every page of it, as contacts-export.csv or leads-export.csv.

The file has these columns: First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Company, Lead Source, Lead Type, Stage, Address, City, State, ZIP, Tags, Notes and Created Date. Stage is what the list shows: a deal such as "Buying · Offer" on **Contacts**, or the lead stage on **Leads**. Lead Type is written as buyer, seller, buyer_and_seller, investor or renter. Notes holds notes that came in with a CSV import and the first message of someone who arrived through a lead form, a webhook or a property microsite, not the notes on a contact's timeline.

To export one group, such as everyone tagged "referral", filter the list first and then click **Export**.

## Export everyone

1. **Open Security**

    Open **Settings** > **Security**.

2. **Download**

    Under **Your data**, click **Export contacts as CSV**.

This file, relivo-contacts with the date in its name, has every contact in your account. Besides the contact details, it includes each person's lead stage, a deals column listing each deal's side and stage, their budget, and when you were last in touch.

## What isn't exported

Neither file includes timeline history: emails, timeline notes, logged calls and texts, and tasks stay in Relivo.
