Relivo reads a webhook submission by its field names, ignoring upper and lower case. When your tool lets you name the fields, use the names below; any of the alternatives in the same row work too.

The `your-name` style names are the ones Contact Form 7 uses. Elementor's format, where each field arrives with an ID and a title, is read too.

## Good to know

- Send at least an email address or a phone number. Relivo uses them to find a contact you already have.
- A submission with no name creates a contact named "Unknown". You can rename them with **Edit contact**.
- A phone number with 10 digits is read as a US or Canadian number. For any other country, start it with + and the country code.
- For a new contact, the message and the property address are also saved in the contact's notes, which appear in the Notes column when you export contacts from **Contacts** or **Leads**.
- The subject becomes the subject of the message in your **Inbox**. With no subject, the message is titled "New inquiry" and the integration's source, such as "New inquiry - Zapier".
- Any lead type that isn't recognized is saved as a buyer.
- Fields with other names don't fill in the contact and don't show in the message.
