Relivo sends at most 50 new-lead texts and 200 new-lead emails in any 24 hours. Past that, alerts pause, but every lead is still captured, checked for duplicates and ranked on **Today**.

## What counts

- The limits cover alerts for **New leads** and **Microsite inquiries** together.
- Task reminders and the weekly summary don't count toward them.

## When the text limit is reached

Relivo emails you once, with the subject "Text alerts paused for today", so the quiet phone doesn't look like lost leads. Texts start again as the past day's alerts age past 24 hours. In the meantime, check **Today** and **Leads** for anyone new.

A sudden run of leads from one form is often spam. Open **Capture** to see which form or integration they came from, and turn that form off or delete the integration while you look into it. See [Add a lead form to your website](/lead-capture/add-a-lead-form-to-your-website).
