The figures under **Pipeline** add up the open deals on the side you are looking at, so **Buying** and **Selling** each have their own. Deals on Closed are left out.

- **Expected income**: the commission you expect from those deals. For each one it is the deal's value at the deal's own commission rate.
- **Volume**: the total value of those deals.
- **Average deal**: the volume divided by the number of open deals. Deals without a value count as zero.

Each column header shows how many deals are in it and their total value, shortened to a figure like $850k or $1.2M.

:::note
A deal adds to **Expected income** only when it has both a value and a commission rate. Set **Commission rate (%)** in **Edit deal** for each open deal you want counted. Your **Default commission rate** in **Settings** > **Profile** is used when deals close, not here.
