Change your plan in **Settings** > **Billing** on the web at my.relivoapp.com, with **Change plan**.

1. **Open Billing**

    Open **Settings** > **Billing** on the web.

2. **Open the plans**

    Click **Change plan**.

3. **Pick monthly or yearly**

    Choose **Monthly** or **Yearly** at the top. The plan and period you're on now shows **Current plan**.

4. **Pick the change**

    Click **Upgrade** to move to Growth, **Downgrade** to move to Starter, or **Switch** to keep your plan and change how often you're billed.

5. **Confirm it**

    A Stripe page opens with the change and what is due now. Confirm, and you come back to **Billing**.

## When the change takes effect

- An upgrade, including moving from monthly to yearly, starts straight away. You're charged the prorated difference for the rest of the current period.
- A downgrade starts when the period you've paid for ends. Until then you keep your current plan. See [Downgrade to Starter](/plans-billing-and-trial/downgrade-to-starter).

The Stripe page shows the exact amount before you confirm, and the plan card in **Billing** shows your next charge and its date afterwards.

## If you can't pick a plan

While a downgrade is waiting for the end of your billing period, no other change can be made. Billing says which change is scheduled and when. Cancel it first with the link under your plan, which reads Keep and your current plan's name, then make the change you want.
