Choose a plan in **Settings** > **Billing** on the web at my.relivoapp.com. Choosing a plan during your trial never charges you before the trial ends.

1. **Open Billing**

    Open **Settings** > **Billing** on the web.

2. **Open the plans**

    Click **Choose a plan**.

3. **Pick monthly or yearly**

    At the top, choose **Monthly** or **Yearly**. Yearly costs the same as ten months (**2 months free**).

4. **Pick a plan**

    Click Choose Starter or Choose Growth on the plan you want. Both plans are for one agent; the only difference is how many property microsites can be live at once.

5. **Enter your card**

    A secure checkout page from Stripe, Relivo's payment provider, opens. Enter your card and billing address, and confirm. You come back to **Billing** when it's done.

## If you're still on your trial

- Your trial carries on to its original end date, with everything in Growth.
- Your first payment is taken on the day the trial ends. Relivo emails you to confirm the plan and the date.
- Billing shows a notice that you're subscribed and when the first charge is, and the plan card shows a **Subscribed** badge.
- The trial reminder emails stop, and you can no longer [extend the trial](/plans-billing-and-trial/extend-your-trial).

If less than an hour of your trial is left, you're charged when you check out.

## If your trial or plan has already ended

You're charged at checkout, and access comes back as soon as the payment goes through. Stripe emails you a receipt. See [When your trial or plan ends](/plans-billing-and-trial/when-your-trial-or-plan-ends).

Relivo never sees your full card number. Stripe handles the payment, and Relivo receives only your plan, its status and the last four digits of the card.
