You can extend your free trial by 7 days, once, for free.

## Before your trial ends

1. **Open Billing**

    Open **Settings** > **Billing**.

2. **Extend it**

    Click **Extend trial by 7 days**. The new end date shows on the plan card straight away.

## After your trial has ended

When the trial has ended, every screen takes you to **Your trial has ended**. Under the plans it says "Need more time? You can extend your trial once, for free." Click **Extend by 7 days**, and Relivo opens on **Today**.

If the trial had already run out, the extra days count from the moment you extend, so you always get the full 7 days.

## When you can't extend

- You've already extended once. Billing says "Your trial has already been extended once." The extension can only be used one time.
- You've already chosen a plan. Your plan's billing is set to start on your trial's end date, so the trial can no longer be moved, and the extend button no longer appears.
- You're on a paid plan. Extensions are only for free trials.

You get the same reminder emails during the extension as during the trial, a couple of days before it ends and on the last day.
