Open **Settings** > **Profile**, change what you need, then click **Save changes** in the bar at the bottom. Your profile is how you appear on emails and property microsites.

## Your photo

Under **Profile photo**, click **Upload photo**, or **Replace photo** if you already have one, and pick an image. Square works best, as a JPG or PNG. The photo shows in the sidebar and on your property microsites.

Changed your mind before saving? Click **Remove** next to the button to drop the new photo. A saved photo can be replaced but not removed.

## Your details

| Field | What it is for |
|---|---|
| **Full name** | The sender name on emails you send from Relivo, and your name on property microsites |
| **Email** | The address you sign in with, also shown on property microsites. Changing it needs a confirmation: see [Change your sign-in email](/profile-and-settings/change-your-sign-in-email) |
| **Mobile phone** | New-lead texts go here, if you turn them on in **Settings** > **Notifications**. It is also the phone number on your property microsites |
| **Office phone** | Your office number |
| **Company** | Your brokerage, shown on property microsites |
| **Job title** | For example Realtor or Broker |
| **License number** | Your real estate license number |
| **Website** | Your own website's address |
| **Default commission rate** | Filled in for you when you close a deal. You can change it on each deal. See [Pipeline and deals](/pipeline-and-deals) |

## Office address and social links

- Click **Add office address** to add a **Street address**, **City**, **State** and **Zip**. Click **Remove** on the card to clear it.
- Click **Add social link**, pick the platform (**LinkedIn**, **Zillow**, **Instagram**, **Facebook**, **TikTok**, **Twitter / X**, **YouTube** or **Other**) and paste the link. Add as many as you like. Click the cross to remove one. Links left empty aren't saved.

## Saving

Click **Save changes** to save everything at once, or **Discard** to go back to what was saved. Relivo shows **Profile saved** when it's done.
