Today only shows people and tasks that need you right now, so someone missing usually means one of the reasons below.

## A person isn't showing

- They aren't an active lead. People added as a **Contact**, or imported into **Contacts**, only appear once they become an active lead. Open their contact page, click the three-dot button, and choose **Convert to active lead**, or add a deal for them.
- They aren't cooling yet. Each stage allows a number of days without contact before someone cools. See [Cooling contacts and when they appear](/today/cooling-contacts).
- You reached out recently. Any email, call, text or note logged on their timeline resets the clock.
- You snoozed them today. Snoozed items come back tomorrow, in the browser where you snoozed them.
- The list is full. Today shows up to 15 items, ranked by urgency. Someone with a lower score waits until the items above them are handled.

## A task isn't showing

- It isn't due yet, or it has no due date. Today shows open tasks due today or earlier. To bring it onto Today, give it a **Due date** with **Edit task** on the contact's **Tasks** tab.
- It is already done.
- There are more than 10 tasks. At most 10 tasks show at once while leads and cooling contacts need the other places. The most urgent tasks show first.

## The messages Today can show

- **All clear** means nothing needs you right now.
- **Could not load your day** means Relivo couldn't load the list. It is a loading problem, not an empty day, and nothing has been lost. Click **Try again**. If it keeps happening, check the [status page](https://status.relivoapp.com) or [contact support](/contact).
