A reset link works once, and only for a short while after you ask for it. The fix is almost always a new link, used straight away.

## Get a new link

1. **Ask for a new link**

    On the sign-in screen, click **Forgot password?**, enter your email and click **Send reset link**. If you're on **This link has expired**, click **Request a new link** instead.

2. **Open only the newest email**

    If you asked more than once, use the link in the newest email. An older link may no longer work.

3. **Open it in the same browser**

    Click the link on the same computer and in the same browser you asked for it from. A link opened in a different browser, or in an email app's built-in browser, may not work.

4. **Set your new password**

    On **Set a new password**, enter your new password in **New password** and **Confirm password**, then click **Update password**. You go straight to **Today**.

## What you might see

- **This link has expired**: the link was already used, or too much time passed. Ask for a new one.
- The **Reset your password** form opens again after you click the link: Relivo couldn't accept that link. Ask for a new one, and open it in the same browser.
- "We can't send more emails right now. Try again later.": too many emails went out in a short time. Wait a while, then ask again.
- No email arrives: check your spam folder, and make sure you entered the email you sign in with.
