Where your data is stored and who handles it
Where Relivo keeps your data, who processes it, what Relivo never does with it, and how long it is kept.
Relivo stores your data in the United States with a small number of service providers. The full details are in the privacy policy.
What Relivo never does
- Sell your data.
- Share it with advertisers.
- Use your contacts, your email or anything from Google to train AI models.
Your data and your clients’ data
Relivo treats the two differently:
- Information about you, such as your name, email, phone and billing details, is Relivo’s responsibility.
- Information about your clients and leads, such as contacts, notes, emails, deals and enquiries, is yours. Relivo processes it only to run the service for you.
So when one of your clients asks to see or delete what you hold about them, the request is yours to answer. You can do it yourself: see Delete some of your data. If you need help, write to support@relivoapp.com.
Who handles it
The main providers are Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Vercel (hosting and product analytics), Cloudflare (photo, video and attachment storage, and bot protection), Stripe (payments), Resend (system email and relay sending), Aurinko (mailbox connections) and Telnyx (text alerts to your own phone). Each one processes data only to provide its service to Relivo, under contract. The privacy policy has the complete list and what each one handles.
How it’s protected
- Encryption in transit and at rest.
- Row level security in the database, so one account can’t read another’s records.
- Mailbox tokens and integration keys stored apart from your profile, out of the browser’s reach.
- Bot protection on sign-up, sign-in and password reset, and a check against known breached passwords.
Photos and videos on a published property microsite are public, like the microsite itself. Other photos are stored at long, unguessable addresses that are never published, and email attachments are private.
How long it’s kept
- Everything in your account: for as long as the account is open.
- After you delete your account: 30 days, then permanently deleted. See Delete your account.
- Removed photos: deleted within a day.
- Billing and tax records: as long as the law requires, typically seven years.
Take a copy
Download all your contacts while your account is open from Settings > Security with Export contacts as CSV. It’s a plain CSV file with the same column names Relivo’s own import reads, so a spreadsheet or another CRM can open it. See Import and export.
