Your free trial
How the free trial works, what it includes, the reminder emails you get, and what happens when it ends.
Your trial lasts 14 days, includes everything in Growth, and needs no card.
What the trial includes
The trial is the whole product, not a smaller version of it. You get Growth’s limits, including unlimited live property microsites, whichever plan you choose later.
One thing is capped during the trial. If you haven’t connected a mailbox, Relivo sends your emails from its shared address, and the trial allows 200 of those a month. Connect your own mailbox in Settings > Email to send from your own address with no cap. See Email and inbox.

Open Settings > Billing.
Read the notice
A notice at the top says when your trial ends, for example “Your Growth trial ends on October 19”, or that it ends today. The plan card underneath shows the same date.
Reminder emails
If you haven’t chosen a plan, Relivo emails you a few days before the trial ends and again on the last day. When it ends, you get one more email saying so. Once you choose a plan, these emails stop.
When the trial ends
If you haven’t chosen a plan, Relivo is locked until you do. Nothing is deleted: your contacts, conversations and listings stay where they are. If you haven’t used it yet, you can still extend the trial once from the screen you see.
If you chose a plan during the trial, your first payment is taken on the end date, and from then on you have that plan’s limits. If you chose Starter and more than 1 property microsite is live, see Downgrade to Starter for what happens to the others. See also Choose a plan.
