Set your default commission rate
Set the commission rate Relivo offers when you close a deal and uses in Analytics when a deal has none.
Your default commission rate lives in Settings > Profile.
Open your profile
Go to Settings and choose Profile.
Change the rate
Type a percentage in Default commission rate, such as 2.5 or 3.
Save
Click Save changes in the bar at the bottom. Discard puts the old rate back.
Where Relivo uses it
- Close deal starts its Commission rate at this rate. You can change it for each sale.
- Analytics uses it for a closed deal that has no commission or rate of its own, and for a listing marked Sold that no closed deal is about. See How Analytics counts your numbers.
Changing it doesn’t change the commission recorded on deals you have already closed, and it doesn’t feed Expected income on the board, which uses each deal’s own rate. The Analytics figures it fills in, for closed deals without a commission or rate and for Sold listings without a deal, follow your current rate.
