Microsite inquiries
Set up a microsite's inquiry form, and see what Relivo does when a buyer sends it.
Every property microsite has an inquiry form. When a visitor sends it, they become a lead in Relivo, with a task to reply to them on Today.
Set up the form
In the microsite editor, under Lead capture:
- Button label: the text on the microsite’s main buttons, which take visitors to the form, and on the form’s send button. It starts as “Schedule a Showing”.
- Form fields: click to turn First name, Last name, Email, Phone and Message on or off. All five are on to start with.
- After they send it: the thank-you message the visitor sees once the form is sent.
- Email me when someone fills in the form: turn this off and you get no alert for this microsite’s inquiries. They still appear on Today and in Leads.
Click Save draft, or Save changes on a live microsite.
What happens when someone sends it
- Relivo looks for the person in your contacts by email, then by phone. If they aren’t there, they are added as a new buyer lead, with the source “Property microsite:” and the microsite’s title.
- Their message appears on the contact’s timeline as an email titled “Inquiry” with the listing’s address. You can reply from there.
- A high-priority task, “Respond to” their name “about” the listing, is added for today. Today shows it as an inquiry, with a Respond button. Someone who sends the form again while that task is open doesn’t get a second one.
- You get an alert, unless the switch above is off. Settings > Notifications > Microsite inquiries sets whether it comes by email or text.
- They appear on the listing under Interested leads, and the microsite’s count of inquiries goes up.
Someone who is already a contact is made an active lead again, so they show in Leads.
