Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365
Sign in with Microsoft to send from your Outlook address and log email with your contacts in both directions.
Connecting Outlook / Microsoft 365 gives you Two-way sync: Relivo sends from your Outlook address, and email between you and your contacts appears on their timelines and in the Inbox. You sign in with Microsoft, so you don’t need an app password.
Open the Email settings
Go to Settings > Email.
Choose Outlook / Microsoft 365
Under Connect a mailbox, click Connect next to Outlook / Microsoft 365.
Sign in with Microsoft
Sign in with your Microsoft account, and allow Relivo to read and send email.
Check the connection
You come back to Settings > Email, which shows your address under Connected mailbox with the Two-way sync badge.
What happens next
- Emails you send from Relivo go from your Outlook address and appear in your Outlook Sent Items too.
- When a contact replies, the reply appears in the Inbox and on their timeline.
- Email you send to a contact from Outlook itself is logged as well.
- Relivo also brings in your recent email with people who are already contacts, so their timelines aren’t empty on day one. This runs in the background and can take a while on a large mailbox.
Only messages that match a contact’s email address are logged. The rest of your mailbox is never imported.
