Where tasks appear

There is no separate Tasks page. Tasks show on Today, on each contact's Tasks tab and Next action, and on the deal they belong to.

Relivo has no separate Tasks page. Each task shows where you will act on it:

  • Today: open tasks due today or overdue, ranked with your leads. A card shows the task’s note, or “Due today” or “Overdue by” a number of days when it has no note.
  • The contact’s Tasks tab: all of their tasks, open and done. The tab shows how many are open.
  • The contact’s Next action: the open task due soonest, on their contact page and in the contact preview. See The next action on a contact.
  • The deal page: a Tasks section with that deal’s tasks. Overdue ones say “Overdue by” in red.

When you add a task for a contact, their timeline gets a “Task added” line, and a “Task completed” line when you finish it.

Tasks that only show on Today

A task added from Quick add without a contact doesn’t belong to anyone’s page, so it shows only on Today, and only once it is due. A task with no contact and no due date doesn’t show anywhere.
