Listings and showings

Keep your listings, their photos and their showings in one place.

Add a listing

Add a home you are selling to Properties, with its address, price, details and seller.

Add listing photos

Upload photos to a listing and give each one a category, so your property microsite can filter its gallery.

Remove a listing photo

Take a photo off a listing. It also comes off the listing's property microsites and is deleted from storage.

Add a tour video

Add one tour video to a listing from YouTube, from Vimeo, or as an uploaded file, and show it on its property microsite.

Sellers and interested leads on a listing

Link a listing to the client selling it, and see everyone who has asked about it, toured it or is buying it.

Schedule and track showings

Record a showing on a listing, then mark it completed, a no-show or cancelled.

Listing statuses and the Selling deal

What Active, Pending, Sold and Off market mean, and how a listing and its seller's Selling deal stay in step.

Browse and search your listings

Filter your listings by status and type, search by address, and switch between the list and grid views.

Edit or delete a listing

Change a listing's details, or delete it along with its showings.
