Create your account
Sign up for Relivo with your email and a password, or with your Google account, and confirm your email address.
You create a Relivo account on the web, in a few seconds, with either an email address and password or your Google account. It is step 1 of the four setup steps.
Your 14-day free trial of the Growth plan starts when the account is created. You don’t add a card to start.
Sign up with your email
Fill in your details
On Create your account, enter your Full name, Email and a Password. The password field shows the minimum length it needs.
Choose product news, if you want it
Tick Send me occasional product news, tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. only if you want those emails. It is off unless you turn it on, and you can change it later under Product news and offers in Settings > Notifications.
Create the account
Click Create account. Creating an account means you agree to the terms and conditions.
Confirm your email
Relivo shows Check your email and sends a confirmation link to the address you entered. Click the link to activate your account. You land on step 2, Your details.
Sign up with Google
Click Continue with Google and pick the Google account you want to use. Relivo always shows Google’s account list, so you can’t sign up with the wrong account by accident. Your email is confirmed by Google, so there is no confirmation link to click, and you go straight to Your details.
Tick the product news box before you click Continue with Google if you want those emails.
If something goes wrong
- The password is too short: the message says how many characters it needs.
- This password has appeared in a data breach. Choose a different one.: Relivo checks new passwords against known breaches. Pick a password you haven’t used elsewhere.
- Security check failed. Please refresh and try again.: a background security check didn’t complete. Refresh the page and try again.
- We can’t send more emails right now. Try again later.: too many emails went to that address in a short time. Wait a few minutes.
