Expected income, volume and average deal

How the three figures at the top of Pipeline, and each column's total, are worked out.

The figures under Pipeline add up the open deals on the side you are looking at, so Buying and Selling each have their own. Deals on Closed are left out.

• Expected income: the commission you expect from those deals. For each one it is the deal’s value at the deal’s own commission rate.
• Volume: the total value of those deals.
• Average deal: the volume divided by the number of open deals. Deals without a value count as zero.

Each column header shows how many deals are in it and their total value, shortened to a figure like $850k or $1.2M.
