Which mailbox should I connect?

Gmail, Outlook / Microsoft 365 or IMAP. All three send from your real address; they differ in how much email comes back into Relivo.

Connect Gmail (send only)

Send email from your Gmail address in one click. Replies stay in Gmail and are not logged in Relivo.

Connect Outlook or Microsoft 365

Sign in with Microsoft to send from your Outlook address and log email with your contacts in both directions.

Connect a mailbox with IMAP and an app password

Send email without connecting a mailbox

Without a connected mailbox, Relivo sends from a Relivo address with your name on it, and replies come back into Relivo.

What Relivo logs from your mailbox

Relivo logs only email to and from your contacts. Your full inbox is never imported, and Gmail is never read.

Send a new email and attach files

Start an email to a contact or lead from the Inbox or from their page, add Cc and attachments, and see it on their timeline.
