Listing inquiries on Today

How a question sent from a property microsite becomes a task on Today, and what Respond does.

When someone sends the inquiry form on one of your property microsites, Relivo adds a task called “Respond to” followed by their name and the listing, and Today shows it with a Respond button.

What Relivo does with an inquiry

  • It adds the person as a lead, or finds them if they are already in Relivo, and marks them as an active lead.
  • It puts their message on their timeline, as an email from them, with a line saying which property microsite it came from.
  • It adds a High priority task due that day. Its card on Today shows their message, or “Asked about this listing” when they didn’t write one.

The inquiry appears on Today straight away, even late in the evening. If the same person asks again while their first inquiry is still open, Relivo doesn’t add a second task; the new message still goes on their timeline.

Where it ranks

An inquiry gets more urgent the longer the person waits, but it never ranks above a new lead. It doesn’t count toward the 10 tasks Today can show. Someone new to Relivo can appear twice: once as a new lead and once as the inquiry.

Respond

Click Respond

Relivo marks the inquiry task done and opens Log it, then set the next step.

Answer them

Choose Send an email to reply from Relivo. The subject usually starts as “Re: Inquiry -” and the listing’s address, taken from their latest email. Or log the call or text you made with Call or Text.

Set the next step and save

Add a next step, such as a showing to book, then click Save.

You can also complete the task from the person’s Tasks tab, or hide the card until tomorrow with the X. See Snooze an item until tomorrow.
