Delete contacts, one or many

Delete a contact or lead, or several at once, and what is deleted with them.

Deleting a contact removes them and their history for good. Relivo always asks you to confirm first.

Delete one person

Use whichever is closest:

On Contacts or Leads, click the menu at the end of their row, then Delete.
In their preview, click the more button (the three dots), then Delete contact.
On their full record, click the more button, then Delete contact.

Confirm with Delete contact, or Delete lead on Leads.

Delete several at once

Select them

On Contacts or Leads, hover over a person’s row and tick the circle on the corner of their photo. Once one is selected, every row shows its circle, so you can tick the rest.

Delete

Click Delete in the filter bar, beside the count of selected people. To start again, click Clear selection.

Confirm

The confirmation shows how many people will go. Confirm to delete them.
