Lead form templates
The fields each of the four lead form types asks for, and how the answers show up in Relivo.
Every lead form starts from one of four templates, chosen as the Form type when you click New form. The fields are set by the template; you can’t add or remove them.
The four types
| Form type | Fields marked with * | Other fields | Lead type |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact form | First Name, Last Name, Email | Phone, Message | Buyer |
| Home valuation | First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Property Address | When are you looking to sell? | Seller |
| Buyer consultation | First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone | Budget Range, When are you looking to buy?, What are you looking for? | Buyer |
| Seller consultation | First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Property Address | When are you looking to sell?, Anything else we should know? | Seller |
The questions about timing and budget are drop-down lists. For example, the buyer form offers budget ranges from “Under $200K” to “$1M+”, and timing from “ASAP” to “Just browsing”.
Where the answers go
- Name, email and phone fill in the new contact.
- Budget Range on the buyer form sets the contact’s Budget.
- Everything else (the property address, the timing and the message) arrives as a message on the contact’s Timeline and in your Inbox. Its subject says which form it came from: “Buyer Consultation”, “Seller Consultation”, “Home Valuation Request”, or “New Inquiry” for the contact form.
A home valuation or seller consultation makes the new contact a seller. The other two make them a buyer. You can change the lead type on the contact afterwards with Edit contact.
