See which pages a lead viewed

How pages a visitor viewed on your website or property microsites appear on their timeline once they fill in a form.

When a visitor fills in one of your lead forms or a property microsite inquiry, Relivo links the pages they viewed earlier in that browser to their contact, and the timeline shows each one as “Viewed” and the page’s title.

A page they opened more than once shows a count, such as “(3×)”. Their form or inquiry also shows, as “Submitted a form” with the page it was on, or “Property inquiry submitted” with their message.

What you need

  • On your own website: the tracking snippet from Capture > Visitor tracking, pasted into every page, and a Relivo lead form on the same site.
  • On your property microsites: nothing to paste. Relivo adds the tracking to them for you.

What it can’t see

  • Visits from another browser or device. Relivo only knows the browser they filled the form in.
  • Visits before you added the snippet, or older than 90 days. Page views are kept for 90 days.
  • Anyone who never fills in a form. They stay anonymous in Visitor tracking.

The timeline lists the pages they viewed most recently, up to 15 at a time.
