Move a deal to its next stage

Drag a card on the Pipeline board, or click a stage on the deal's page, to move one deal along.

Drag the deal’s card to another column on Pipeline, or click a stage at the top of the deal’s page.

On the board

Pick the side

On Pipeline, choose Buying or Selling.

Drag the card

Hold the card and drop it anywhere on the column you want, header included. The move saves as soon as you let go.

Each card shows the deal name, the contact, its value, the home it’s about and how long ago it last changed. The contact and the home are left off when the deal name already says them. On Closed, a card shows its close date instead, and its commission (GCI) under the value.

Each column header shows the number of deals in it and their total value. On a phone’s browser, swipe sideways to see the other columns.

On the deal’s page

Open the deal, then click a stage in the row of stages under its name.

What happens when a deal moves

  • Only that deal moves. The contact’s lead stage and their other deals stay where they are.
  • The contact’s timeline notes the move, such as “4108 Duval St purchase moved from Offer to Under Contract”.
  • A Selling deal moves its listing’s status too: Listed makes the listing Active, and Under Contract makes it Pending. See How listings and Selling deals stay in step.
  • Moving a deal to Closed asks for the sale first. See Close a deal.

If a move doesn’t go through, the card goes back and Relivo says why, such as “That listing already has its Selling deal. Change the deal’s home first.”
