Check recent webhook submissions
See the last few submissions an integration received and whether each one reached a contact, to test or fix a webhook.
Each integration keeps a short log of what it received. Open Capture > Form integrations and click an integration’s row to see its last five submissions under Recent submissions, newest first.
Read the log
Each line shows the person’s name and email, when it arrived, and what happened:
- Contact created: the submission reached Relivo and is on a contact. That is a new contact, or the one you already had with the same email or phone.
- Couldn’t add: Relivo kept the submission but couldn’t add it to a contact. Hover over the words to see the reason.
A line named “Unknown” means the submission had no name Relivo could read, so the contact was created as “Unknown”. A Couldn’t add line with no name reads “Unnamed”. In either case, check the field names your tool sends against Webhook field names.
The row itself shows the total number of submissions and the date of the last one.
When nothing shows up
Check the address
Click Copy next to Webhook URL and paste it into your tool again. An address from a deleted integration no longer works.
Check how your tool sends it
Relivo needs a POST request with a JSON body or URL-encoded form data (application/x-www-form-urlencoded). Other formats, such as multipart form data, aren’t read.
Send a test again
Send a new test from your tool, then reload the page in Relivo.
Still stuck? Contact support with the integration’s name and the time you sent the test.
