Disconnect or switch your mailbox
Disconnect your mailbox, switch to another provider, or reconnect after the connection expired.
You disconnect a mailbox in Settings > Email with Disconnect. Emails already logged stay on your contacts’ timelines; Relivo just stops sending from and syncing that mailbox.
Disconnect
Open the Email settings
Go to Settings > Email.
Disconnect
Under Connected mailbox, click Disconnect. Relivo shows Email disconnected.
Until you connect another mailbox, email you send from Relivo goes from a Relivo address with your name on it. See Send email without connecting a mailbox.
Switch to another mailbox or provider
You can have one mailbox connected at a time, so disconnect the current one first.
Disconnect the current mailbox
In Settings > Email, click Disconnect.
Connect the new one
Under Connect a mailbox, choose the provider and click Connect or Set up.
For example, to get replies from a Google address into Relivo, disconnect Gmail and connect again with Other provider (IMAP / SMTP).
Connecting the same mailbox again doesn’t add copies of email Relivo already logged.
If the connection expired
If the connection to your mailbox is revoked or expires, the next email you send from Relivo doesn’t go out. In the Inbox and the reply boxes, a message says the connection expired or was disconnected and asks you to reconnect.
Reconnect
Go to Settings > Email. Under Connect a mailbox, connect your mailbox again.
Send again
Send the email again once the mailbox shows under Connected mailbox.
