Every way a lead can reach you
Lead forms, visitor tracking, form integrations and property microsites, and what Relivo does with each lead that comes in.
Open Capture in the sidebar to set up the four ways leads can reach you without you typing them in. Lead forms, form integrations and property microsites each turn a submission into a contact on their own, so a lead that writes in at midnight is waiting for you on Today in the morning. Visitor tracking adds the pages people read before they filled in one of your lead forms.
The four ways in
- Lead forms: a form you paste into your own website. Choose from four templates: a contact form, a home valuation request, a buyer consultation or a seller consultation. See Add a lead form to your website.
- Visitor tracking: a short snippet for your website that shows who visits and which pages they read. When a visitor later fills in a Relivo lead form, their earlier visits are added to their contact. See Track website visitors.
- Form integrations: a webhook address for the form tools you already use, such as Zapier, Make, Elementor or Contact Form 7. See Connect Zapier, Make or any webhook.
- Property microsites: a page for one listing with its own inquiry form. See Property microsites.
What happens to every lead
Whichever way a lead arrives, Relivo does the same things:
- It checks for a duplicate. If a contact already has that email address, or that phone number, the submission is added to that contact instead of creating a second one.
- A new person becomes an active lead at your first lead stage, which is New Lead unless you renamed it.
- The submission appears on the contact’s Timeline and in your Inbox, so you can read it and reply.
- For a new lead, and for every property microsite inquiry, you get an alert by email or text, as you chose in Settings > Notifications. See Choose how you hear about new leads.
Where captured leads land has the details: the lead source, the lead type, and when an alert is sent.
