Daily alert limits

Relivo stops new-lead texts and emails after a set number in a day, so a flood of submissions can't flood your phone. Leads are never lost.

Relivo sends at most 50 new-lead texts and 200 new-lead emails in any 24 hours. Past that, alerts pause, but every lead is still captured, checked for duplicates and ranked on Today.

What counts

• The limits cover alerts for New leads and Microsite inquiries together.
• Task reminders and the weekly summary don’t count toward them.

When the text limit is reached

Relivo emails you once, with the subject “Text alerts paused for today”, so the quiet phone doesn’t look like lost leads. Texts start again as the past day’s alerts age past 24 hours. In the meantime, check Today and Leads for anyone new.
