Cancel your subscription

Stop your plan from renewing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your data stays.

Cancel from Settings > Billing on the web at my.relivoapp.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Open Billing

Open Settings > Billing on the web.

Open your subscription

Next to Payment method and invoices, click Manage subscription. Your subscription page on Stripe opens.

Cancel

Choose to cancel the subscription there and confirm. There is no email to send and no call to take.

Check Billing

Back in Billing, the plan card shows Cancels at period end and the date your access runs until.

What happens next

  • Until that date, everything works as before.
  • On that date, Relivo is locked and every screen shows Your subscription has ended. Nothing is deleted. Choose a plan there whenever you want to come back, and you pick up where you left off. See When your trial or plan ends.
  • Cancelling doesn’t refund the period you’re in. See Refunds.
