Visitor tracking shows nothing
Why Recent activity stays empty or a visitor stays anonymous, and how to check the tracking snippet on your website.
If Recent activity says “Nothing yet. Visits show up here once the snippet is on your site.”, Relivo hasn’t received a visit from that website yet. Work through these checks in order.
Check the website isn't paused
Open Capture > Visitor tracking. The website’s row should say Tracking. If it says Paused, open its menu (three dots) and choose Resume tracking. Paused websites record nothing.
Check you copied this website's snippet
With several websites connected, click the website’s row first, then click Copy under Tracking snippet. Each website has its own snippet, and a snippet from a removed website no longer works.
Check the snippet is live
Paste the snippet into the head of every page, then publish or save the change in your site builder. Many builders keep header code in a draft until you publish the site.
Visit your site
Open a page of your website in a new private browser window, then reload Visitor tracking in Relivo. Activity doesn’t refresh on its own.
If your own visit still doesn’t show, a browser extension that blocks trackers may be stopping the snippet in your browser. Try another browser, or ask someone else to visit.
Visitors stay “Anonymous visitor”
That is expected until they fill in a form. A visitor is matched to a contact only when they fill in a Relivo lead form on a website with the snippet, in the same browser, or ask about a listing on one of your property microsites. A submission through a form integration, such as Zapier or a website builder’s own form, isn’t matched to visits. See Track website visitors.
