Downgrade to Starter

What happens when you move from Growth to Starter, how to undo a scheduled downgrade, and what happens to your live property microsites.

A downgrade to Starter starts at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and until then you keep everything in Growth.

Downgrade

Open the plans

Open Settings > Billing on the web at my.relivoapp.com, then click Change plan.

Choose Starter

Pick Monthly or Yearly, then click Downgrade on Starter.

Confirm it

Confirm the change on the Stripe page that opens. You come back to Billing, where the plan card says which plan it changes to and on what date.

Changed your mind before the date

Under your plan in Billing, click the link that reads Keep and your current plan’s name, for example Keep Growth. The scheduled change is removed and you stay on your plan as before.

Your live property microsites

Starter allows 1 live property microsite. If more are live when the downgrade starts:

  • Every microsite stays live for 7 more days. Relivo emails you, and Capture > Property microsites shows a notice asking you to choose which property microsite stays live.
  • Click Keep this one live next to the one you want, then Confirm: others go to drafts. The others go back to drafts.
  • If you don’t choose by the date shown, Relivo keeps the most recently published one live and moves the others to drafts.

Nothing is deleted, and you can change which one is live at any time. See Property microsites.
