Too many live microsites after a plan change
What happens to your live property microsites when you move to a plan with a lower limit, and how to choose which one stays live.
If you move to Starter, or your trial ends on Starter, while more property microsites are live than Starter allows, every one of them stays live for 7 days. Nothing is deleted.
During those 7 days:
- You get one email about it.
- Capture > Property microsites shows “Choose which property microsite stays live”, with the date the others go back to drafts.
Choose the one that stays live
Open your microsites
Go to Capture > Property microsites.
Pick one
Next to the microsite you want to keep, click Keep this one live.
Confirm
The button changes to Confirm: others go to drafts for a few seconds. Click it, and every other live microsite goes back to a draft straight away.
If you don’t choose, the most recently published one stays live when the 7 days are up, and the others go back to drafts.
Drafts keep everything you set up. You can change which microsite is live at any time: unpublish the live one, then publish another.
